This flat bottom, autoclavable Erlenmeyer flask is made of clear borosilicate glass and is the preferred vessel for mixing and pouring agar plates with. These conical flasks are nonpyrogenic and ideal for culture, storage, media preparation, molecular biology, and related applications. Flasks are inert, nonleaching, and feature a wide temperature tolerance and uniform thickness. The flask features white enamel graduations in 100 ml increments from the 400 ml mark to the 900 ml mark. The flask utilizes a GL45 unvented screw cap which is also autoclavable.
As an alternative to our glass flasks, we also offer sterile polycarbonate plastic flasks.
